The following methods of payments are
non-refundable.
- Bank Transfer Payments
- SMS Payments
There are no eligible refunds on Dedicated Servers, Administrative Fees, Install Fees for anything installed on the machine or domain orders.
Any Violations of our Terms of
Service will cause any refunds to be cancelled.
You are only eligible for a refund from the
following:
Data loss (caused by AtiPadaz Hi-Tech)
Over 25% Downtime (In the month/year of your
service)
Any Unused-Time within the monthly/annually purchase
basis.
Issue/Problem with your account/service and you wish
to cancel and claim a refund
False Information
If your billing/client account has been found to
have incorrect information to what you put in on
registration we receive full right(s) to suspend
your service with us till your information has been
updated and made correct. This includes (Full Name,
Email, Postcode, Address).
System / Account Backups
AtiPadaz Hi-Tech will backup your account(s)/data
with our Remote Weekly Backup Service applied to all
account(s) and data on your account(s) on our
systems. We can restore your data at anytime if
need, Just request a data restore by Support Ticket
for this to be done.
Copyright Infringement
AtiPadaz Hi-Tech has a strict zero toleration for
copyright infringement. This includes (Content,
Stolen Content, Stolen Design(s)/Layout(s) or
Coding).
If you believe one of our client's have an account
on our server(s), Please report it to us using the
"Abuse" department on the Client Portal.
Late Payments
Invoices are generated two weeks before the payment is due; its the users sole responsibity to pay the invoice otherwise services may be suspended - then after a further 10 days services will be terminated. A 'late fee' of 10% is added to the invoices which have passed their due date; you are forced to pay the 'late fee' and if you do not wish to your product will remain suspended until finally terminated.
Modification
AtiPadaz Hi-Tech receives full right(s) to modify the
terms of service at any time of day or night without
warning. We recommend you to look at our terms every
so often to keep you up to date with our term(s).
Usually if we do change our term(s) we will send out
an e-mail to all client(s) to alert you of the
change.
